Spin flanging

As shown in the figure, such a spinning method is through a pair of rotating wheels that can be clamped tightly open, clamping the edge of the material, through the rotation of the rotating wheel itself and along the track, so that 90 straight edges or circular flanges can be processed for cylindrical parts.

Such a processing method is mainly used to make air ducts, air collectors, impellers and other parts in the fan industry.
