The feature of spinning is that it can form a larger workpiece with a smaller deformation force; the mold is simple, only needs the core mold, and the material requirements are low. However, manual spinning machine is only suitable for small batch production. Because it is manually operated, it has greater limitations, lower productivity and is more dangerous than CNC machines.

You may be unfamiliar with the products of spinning technology. Next, we will briefly talk about its working steps:


Step 1: fix the round metal plate on the machine mandrel;  

          

Step 2: the mandrel drives the round metal plate to rotate at a high speed, and the spinning wheels starts to press the metal surface until the metal plate completely fits the inner wall of the mold for forming;          


Step 3: after forming, the mandrel is taken out, and the top and bottom of the part are cut off for demoulding;


Special machines can be used for different spinning. Profiling spinning and CNC spinning are adopted. The process of reducing the thickness of the plate is called thin spinning; heavy spinning is used to process tapered parts, thin-walled tubular parts, etc. it can also be used to spin large-diameter deep tubes, etc.


In fact, the spinning products of CNC spinning machine have been used in many fields, especially for industrial parts. In fact, although the parts are small, the effect is great. The quality of parts determines the whole life of parts. Even in the production of spinning parts, we must pay attention to the quality and ensure the quality.
