1. Choose a suitable application environment. The heavy-duty CNC spinning machine contains high-precision parts, so it should be far away from the machine tools with large vibration, such as punching machine, forging equipment, etc.; in addition, it should avoid the direct sunlight and other thermal radiation, so as to prevent the explosion of oil products inside the machine. To ensure a stable power supply, in order to prevent large fluctuation (± 10%) or instantaneous interference signals, it is recommended to use a special CNC spinning machine power supply (such as a special line from the distribution room for the CNC spinning machine to be used alone) or use a voltage stabilizing device, etc., which can reduce the impact of power supply quality and the interference of electrical on the CNC machining to a certain extent;
3. During the working period, please less open the doors of CNC cabinet door and the strong current cabinet. Since the air in the machining workshop often contains impurities such as oil mist and dust,etc. If it falls on the circuit board or other electrical components of the CNC system, it is easy to reduce the insulation resistance of the components and damage the circuit board or electrical components;
4. To draw up effective operation specifications: For the application and handling of CNC spinning machine, a series of practical and effective operation specifications should be drawn up. For example, there should have srandard work flow for maintenance, reasonable use, shift handover and other work, and have operators strictly implement and make corresponding records. It is an important premise to draw up and abide by the operation process to ensure the safe operation of CNC spinning machine. Practice has proved that many production problems can be reduced or avoided through standardized operation process;
5. The CNC spinning machine shall not let it not running for a long time. If it is not started for a long time, the power supply of the spinning machine shall be turned on and it shall operate normally. It is suggested that the power supply should be used once or twice a week for about one hour each time. The heat generated during the operation of the machine can be used to reduce the humidity in the machine and keep the electronic parts dry. At the same time, you can determine whether the battery is powered in time. If the battery is low, it can be charged in time to prevent loss of system setting parameters.
